As an internationally accredited leadership coach, I bring a wealth of experience in understanding individuals; what holds us back and how we can achieve lasting change in performance and behaviours. I’ve worked as a leadership coach across a variety of sectors and offer executive coaching at all levels, from C-suite executives to newly promoted managers. My focus is to enable leaders at all levels to excel.
Clients describe me as a supportive executive coach - I’m challenging, intuitive, impactful and authentic. Someone who helps them feel ‘unstuck’ and find effective ways to move forward. I partner closely with clients, working towards clear, agreed goals focused on delivering the change and results you’re looking for.
